Baguio Marathon Series – VIRTUAL

Knowingly, and at my own risk, I am participating in the aforementioned running event. I do hereby waive release any and all claims against the organizer, sponsors, volunteers or officials of this event from any claim of injury that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event.

I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.

If, however, as a result of my participation in the event, I require medical attention, I hereby give consent to authorize medical personnel to provide such medical care deemed necessary.

Registration is nontransferable and noncancelable

I am also giving consent to the event organizers to collect and process my information in order for me to join the said event. That the said information will not be shared to any third parties and will only be used to this activity.
